Capitol Property Management provides the community management for Clifton Crest. Contact details are provided on the Contact Us page.
Trash and Recycling Pick-Up Schedule
Trash is picked up every Tuesday and Friday. Put bins out before 6 a.m. the day of the pickup and return them to an out-of-sight location afterwards by 7 pm the day of the pickup. Recycling will be picked up on Wednesdays. Yard Waste (grass cuttings, leaves, etc.) will be picked up on Saturdays.
What to do BEFORE Making Exterior Home Improvements
Nearly all modifications to home exteriors require pre-approval by the HOA. An Architectural Improvement Request Form must be submitted with all supporting documentation, including contract, plans or drawings, color samples and permits if required. Details are available in the Rules and Regulations. While the rules say approvals can take up to 45 days, in practice most requests are approved within a week. For questions or clarification, please contact the Community Manager .
