[Updated 30-January-2024] The Clifton Crest HOA has a five-member volunteer board of directors elected at the Annual Meeting. Board Members are elected for 3-year terms. Duties of the directors include oversight of the community manager, selecting contractors, and setting and approving the annual budget. The Board also functions as the Architectural Control Committee. The Board meets once a year at the HOA Annual Meeting in January; most other Board business is conducted via email.
