Annual Meeting Monday, Jan 23rd

The Clifton Crest HOA will hold its annual meeting Monday, January 23rd, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be conducted virtually using this Zoom link. This meeting is required by law and is necessary for the HOA to continue to operate. There is one HOA Board position up for a vote this year. We will also be discussing how best to make use of the $115,ooo (potentially more) of income that we expect to receive from VDOT’s taking of some HOA land for the widening of Route 29.

This required meeting cannot take place unless we have a quorum. Each year we come close to not having the required number of attendees or proxies. Because this is a virtual meeting, we need proxies even for those who do plan to attend the meeting. Please print and fill out this very simple proxy form. All homeowners should have received a copy in the mail a few weeks ago. Mark the third option ‘for quorum purposes only’, write in your address and sign.
